Teresa is in private practice working with children, adolescents and adults. She worked with special needs students in mainstream education for more than 10 years and has extensive experience working with children with autism spectrum. Her expertise is in helping children explore and cope with their emotional and behavioural issues through art and play. She devotes herself to work with children, adolescence and coach parents on how to raise these children with love and care. She understands the challenges the whole family is encountering and she would love to walk with them in a professional, caring and encouraging way.

 

She discovered the power of Sandplay through her client’s processes to make a symbolic world in the sand tray no matter children or adults. She is also fascinated by the Jungian Sandplay so she enrolled and completed hours in theoretical training. It is intended as a guide for her to deepen her understanding of symbolism to work with adults and children using Sandplay.
